BCA Fastpitch TEAMS

The BCA Fastpitch Competitors is a competitive fastpitch organization and a branch of Be Complete Athletics. Led and created by Coach Nicole Denes, the BCA Fastpitch leadership board is comprised of former collegiate softball athletes including several former University of Oklahoma softball athletes, as well as experienced coaches and professionals with the same goal: helping our athletes develop excellence on the field and in life. What makes us different? We train the whole athlete. BCA Teams stress the importance of balance, and training all the pieces that make up an athlete - from the mental and emotional side of the game to the physical, mechanical, and situational side of the game. Our athletes have access to mental skills training every month with Coach Nic and more. We work closely with our partners to provide ongoing resources to our athletes’ families to provide an ongoing flow of support. We support and develop our coaches. Our coaches are dedicated to the process and ready to work as a team to build something great. Our coaches are not afraid to hold themselves accountable and are purposeful in their own journey of self-improvement as coaches of young impressionable athletes. If we expect our athletes to hold the same beliefs, we must hold our coaches to the same standard.
