• Dynamic softball instructors
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, and excellent communicator
   
• Collegiate softball experience
• Ability to teach small groups of athletes effectively
  • Using BCA philosophy, style, and format
• Willing to instruct and work as a team
• Willing to learn and implement mental skills techniques and strategies to use with BCA athletes
• Available for evenings and some Sundays
